Working experience in Middle east will be an added advantage, Preparing Technical specification, involved in detail Technical Evaluation (TBE), Purchase specification, Vendor drawing review for the major items like Bulk separator, electric heater, filter separator, scrubber, K.O drum, Drain vessel, Flares, after cooler, MSV, in line strainers, relief valves etc., Knowledge in preparation of mechanical data sheet and specification for surge tank, de-hydration tank, skim tanks etc. and preparing detail spec. for Tendering., Detail designing of static equipments like separators, reactors, columns, tanks using latest code software, MTO verification, review of fabrication drawings, Co-ordination with vendor for expediting the drawings and document submission and resolving technical issues, clearing the technical issues raised during installation and commissioning of Equipments, Technical Evaluation and Vendor drawings review of static equipments.

Working experience in Middle east will be an added advantage, Preparation of mechanical design criteria, specifications, data sheet, detail design for rotating equipment (pumps, dosing pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, mixers, gas and steam turbine, gear unit, oil and seal systems, Evaluation of Rotating Equipment vendor proposal and vendor document check and review.Preparation of Material Requisition (M.R.), Technical Bid Analysis (T.B.A.) and Purchase Order (P.O.) for rotating equipment, rotating machine packages, Preparation of Q.C. Documents, Q.C. plans, Inspection and Test Plans (I.T.P.), welding plan, welding books, welding maps, welding procedure
specification (W.P.S.),etc., knowledge about rotating equipment seals and packing selection and review, Preparation of piping plans, isometrics, piping MTO and stress analysis reports for rotating machine packages Rotating Equipment FAT (Factory Approval Test) coordination and inspection. Rotating quipment Foundationd esign and Review, Familiar with HAZID, HAZOP, QRA and 3D Model Review

Candidate must have experience in the pre-bid engineering and estimation for projects. Should be able to capture the technical & cost requirements of various projects. Knowledge of plant design standards and requirements is necessary with exposure to international project consultants’ requirements. Should be able to develop P&IDs, equipment data sheets, design basis at
the conceptual level. Ability to understand various process complexities and quantify the costs and risks involved will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience in one of various phases of a project like engineering co-ordination, execution & procurement, site co-ordination, pre-commissioning & commissioning will also be considered.
